This role pays a base salary plus uncapped commissions.

• Willing to work in the trenches with the guys to make it happen.
• Someone who has run sales teams.
• Able to smoothly handle a lot of fast-moving parts and keeping them moving together towards an expanding successful operation.
• Someone with a strong personality who is used to leading a team and bringing out the best in them to progress forward.
• Willing to drive the call center sales team daily to increasing sales.
